Gnatho Esthetic Full Zirconia

COLORADO MADE/IN HOUSE MILLED ZIRCONIA

Gnathodontics is your Colorado source for Esthetic Full Zirconia Crowns. Currently Gnathodontics uses IPS e.max ZirCAD Prime for esthetic full zirconia crowns. Gnatho Esthetic Zirconia has a seamless translucent gradient throughout the crown while having a flexural strength of 1,200 MPa. Gnatho’s esthetic full zirconia is an excellent choice for strength and esthetics as it integrates 3Y and 5Y oxide ceramics. Large Anterior Cases Checklist

  • Study model or pre-op model
  • Accurate bites, using blue mousse is recommended
  • Verified full arch central occlusion bite in addition to anterior and posterior bites is ideal
  • Full arch impressions

How to take a Successful Intraoral Scan

  • Make sure margins are visible, use either double cord, retraction paste, cord soaked in hemodent, or soft tissue laser
  • Dry all surfaces, any liquid visible will reflect the light and create inaccurate data in the scan
  • Full palate, capture all vestibules, all posterior teeth surfaces
  • Bite Scan
  • Ortho, please specify brackets or none with model
  • Tissue scan for abutment cases (this is taken without the scan body in place)
  • Pre-op or Temporary scan is a MUST for large anterior cases.
  • Please include RX with directions and any extra photos
  • The more information, the better!
